McCullens Motel

I like this place. I know several people that stay there on more of a long term basis and they all seem happy enough living there as well. The rooms are more like small studio apartments inside and some/most seem to have been renovated recently as well. They do allow pets which is a definite plus for any animal lover. The only real negative remark I have is that the buildings themselves could use a face lift on the outside and although its not a dire thing u think it would go a long way towards helping out with the overall appearance of the neighborhood.

I have not stayed here and I won't because I believe the other reviews, which I don't always do. I am going to see for myself though then amend what is my thinking for what is the problem....could it be a series of bad customers, in Eureka ? It sure could. I find it quite comfy and nice people. Could use a touch-up on looks, but warm and, comfy. Haven't seen any bugs, quiet and homey.

If your looking for a place to stay *Do not go here*. Travelers stay away. I only put a star because it made me press one but I give it no stars.

Someone was recently murdered at this place. I'd rather sleep in my car or at the local homeless shelter before I'd stay here. A known drug location.
