McCrorys Place

Amazing location! Had so much fun! I'd stumbled across here as a place to stay due to some unfortunate circumstances.. but I think fate and the power of New Orleans brought me there! It was my home for 5 days and loved it! Staff was great, there are things planned every night. It was really a great place and fantastic value! Huge shout out to Erika for her incredible warmth! She made sure I had a fantastic time, extremely knowledgeable about everything there in New Orleans, and when she planned the nights out, they were always a blast! Thank you again so much Erika for everything! Wishing you the best!

CityHouse hostel is located here. I had a lovely experience. You meet the host upon arrival and they give you your room letter and proceed to go over the rules for the place. They have a social time called happy hour nightly if you are in the mood for it. You hang out and make new friends with others that are staying at the same place. Definitely re-booking in the future.

Had a great stay! There's parking right under the building and a very streamlined system to collect your keys and get up to the rooms. I appreciated all the amenities, especially the fully stocked kitchen, which made it so easy to make my own meals whenever I didn't feel like eating out. Richard was super friendly and annotated a city map for me, telling me what to check out in the surrounding French Quarter.

Wow!!! I was soooo scared traveling alone as a woman since the craziness last year? But this place was so secure and even tho it's "contactless". Staff are still around cleaning and for great recs on food/nightlife. My room was adorable, I got the Mardi gras bead room and snagged a few off the wall or souvenirs (they said I could!!)

I think the friends here disregard Muslims' sensitivity about halal meat.Also, I guess they have no idea what hygiene means.The inside looks more like a warehouse than a grocery store.And they have a cashier who doesn't care about what you want with them.
