Marriott's Heritage Club

We are MVC owners and always enjoy Hilton Head Island. This was our first stay at the Heritage Club. ||The location by Harbour Town is fantastic. It’s quiet yet close to the action.||The villa was large and generally well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped. ||My husband and son loved the complementary golf. ||The staff was nice and helpful in getting us scheduled for activities, golf and bicycles. ||The phone based concierge was extremely helpful in providing tips and guidance whenever we called. She was delightful. ||The negatives list is short: |1) bed pillows were flat and need a refresh |2) we tried to use the hot tub twice one time the pool was locked even though it was within the pool hours and then when we were able to gain access it wasn’t heated|3) they do not have 24 hour

We had a very pleasant stay. Our family enjoyed the nearby activities. The staff were friendly and provided prompt service whenever needed. We will definitely be returning.

Love it here, our favorite because it's quiet, more adult oriented than the other resorts.

I suppose the big advantage of staying here is the free golf and tennis. We didn't use either. The villa itself was nice, but it's awkward getting your stuff into the villa. There's a ramp at one end. You have to go up to get a cart, and then push it up the ramp one level and down to the small elevator to go up to the next level to our villa. Also, the toilet in the master bath was shut off because it was leaking, so we couldn't use it until the next afternoon when someone finally came to fix it. We stayed 12/28-1/4. It was a short walk to the Harbour Town NYE party. Overall, I would prefer to stay at Harbour Club.

We stayed here to take tennis lessons at the Smith Stearns Tennis Academy. It was perfect walking distance to the courts and to some very nice restaurants and shops. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved the large rooms and outdoor pool and hot tub. They hosted a nice wine and cheese reception in a cool upstairs loft that was well attended. Overall very nice
