Marjac Suites

This past week was the 2nd time my husband and I have stayed at this Motel, with the 1st time being in May for just a quick 1 night get away as our schedules have been busy. This past week we stayed Wednesday thru Sunday and just as impressed as the 1 day and night trip in May! The location is perfect. Our room was very clean. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We walked across the street to one of our favorite spots Abbey Road Restaurant & Pub 2 nights for appetizers and drinks. We enjoyed our first visit at Johnny Manana's Cafe & Tequileria Restaurant in walking distance a few minutes away. Got a wonderful Dubai chocolate bar directly across the street. The whether wasn't the best cool, chilly, and rainy but this was absolutely a great relaxing, sleeping in vacation! We will

The rooms we're clean it was nice to have a bedroom separate from the other areas TV was also in the bedroom as well as the main sitting area. The kitchen had a nice refrigerator in microwave plus a stove top but no pans or utensils and they don't supply them if needed you have to bring your own. The bathroom looked updated but the toilet would sometimes hang up and keep running water which we reported. Overall for a two-star hotel it was nice. The balcony view was nice.

Good location and friendly staff. Elevator super super slow. The first room the door would not open at all. Staff quickly assisted and when they could not get into he room they quickly gave a us a new room with no issues loved the view. Pretty 🤫 quiet, even with the noise outside. Good price. The beds SUCKED!! beds were small and uncomfortable. But overall good stay!

There's always majac at the Marjac! Very comfortable accommodations accompanied with complimentary free entertainment! For an upgrade, there is a battle of bridal suite where relationship issues can be resolved. Feel free to yell, scream, and bang stuff against the wall at 3:30am. That "resort fee" is to use the therapeutic furniture in developing anger management skills. Like everything in life, nothing's perfect so expect to take front row seats witnessing conflict skills at the expense of a good night's sleep. It's not just an overnight stay, but to save your marriage. The thin paper sheets have extra starch applied so when there's undulation, there's a spark with every thrust. We used to come yearly, but the last time we were here, we felt threatened by an intoxicated guest so we stopped. Decided to come back after seven years and the service was not the same. We asked for the tv to be checked and it took them 2 hours to come up with a power cord. There was only one facecloth, we asked for another one and they said they were all being washed. The table which is always in the room was not there… chairs were, but no table. Each time you needed assistance, there was a note saying be back in 10 minutes which meant an hour. Not sure what happened or who the owner was but it is not the same. Then the elevator broke and guests had to walk up and down the stairs until they were able to get someone to come and fix it. Sadly disappointed.
