Peace To Whom It May Concern🌤️ Weird smell from reviews confirmed. . The room was very small & can feel lacking but is updated to feel just slightly more than accommodating than a motel. Some towels were dirty & there were holes in the walls, cigarette burns in the sheet covers & peeling wallpaper🙄 Then to add to that the noise level is high - right by the train tracks & very thin walls. Convos & foot traffic audible. Also the desk attendant wasn’t very accommodating & treated me more like I was buying gas then having rented a room here. Not cool, “the customers are always right” is the golden rule of business. But hey, basically get what you pay for, which these days seems to get less & less🤷🏽‍♂️ Would I return? If strapped for cash & no other option, fine. 3/10⭐️

Enjoyed my stay here. Although the rooms are super small, overall great experience. Will be back again.

I called this hotel last night to ask about accommodations for my parents, who travel with a service dog. The gentleman I spoke with was dismissive and repeatedly referred to the service animal as a “pet,” despite me explaining otherwise. He did not take the time to consult with a manager or provide accurate information. This experience left me with the impression that the hotel is not disability-friendly or knowledgeable about ADA requirements. Very disappointing and unwelcoming.

We had bad an experience! It’s not possible to sleep in this place. The noise is horrible at nights, by the smoke alarms and the train is almost above the hotel… Don’t go the hotel!
