Dirty floors, broken air conditioning, broken screen on ac, grime on shower, not a sealed door, dirty towels, all stained, gross everything we checked in hoping it would cool down, and didn’t. Refused a refund after being checked in for an hour. Horrible people. What goes around comes around.

Don't believe the website, I posted pictures of what the room really looked like. The bathroom had mold on the shower curtain and dirt on all the baseboards. The floor was dirty and the AC took 2 hours to cool the room. There are no amenities, they do not have breakfast, the pool was closed, and the ice machine was out of order. Then, the advertised cost was 68 and it ended up being 90. Last thing, the towels were stained and the hotel name was written in red sharpie across the bottom of the towel.

I went and to ask the guy at the front desk about a room for my service dog in me It was snowing and raining and they wanted too much money for the way just looked. When I went in and talked to the guy at the front desk ( that would not tell me his name) he was so rude and unprofessional the office alone smelled so bad. There was no way I would have even stayed there. So I went down the road and got me a room at Best Western that was packed full of people and I got out to get me something to eat and I drove by this hotel and I believe they had three cars in the whole parking lot. I do not even recommend do not even go into the office

I was looking for a place to sleep and take a hot shower, but unfortunately it was the complete opposite: street noise, a cold room, and icy cold shower water. I understand that the hotel is next to the road and there's noise, but a room with bad heating and no hot water in winter can't be given more than one star after paying $90.

Completely false adverdived. Book the room for 7 days upon booking the room.I went in seeing the horrible conditions of the room and still benefit of the doubt decided I would have an open mind. Turned on the air conditioning and the refrigerator and returned two hours later to find the room above eighty five degrees even though it was nine o'clock at night and the refrigerator do not be working. Went to the front desk who at first seemed accommodating.And they offered to put me in another room in which they told me there was no tv. At that point I said I just want a refund.And that's when the front desk told me they were gonna charge me 41 day even though I had only rented the room two hours prior and only set foot in it twice. At that point it was getting hard for me to control my temper
