Margaritaville Hotel Kansas City

Positive: The hotel staff is phenomenal! You are greeted with smiles, felt welcome and they are happy to help! Hotel employee was so welcoming, I felt like I made a new friend! Negative: nothing!

This left me feeling underwhelmed. I booked for a discounted rate since I'm a local and I still felt like it was over priced. There is a self parking fee of $20 A DAY. There is no complimentary breakfast and depending on the day there may or may not be complimentary coffee. And beware in the summer there is a "resort fee" . We went in the winter so we knew the outside pool area wasn't going to be an option. The indoor pool seems big but isn't a lot of usable space. The ninja course takes up half but the other part of the pool has cement stools and tables in the water so you can't swim. So realistically there's not any swimming room. We had the BEST time there! We had a one night stay for my birthday night and even though we didn't book a party or anything every staff member I talked to wished me a happy 21st birthday and the front desk gave my boyfriend and I a free drink on them! The arcade worker gave us some points on our arcade card ! The atmosphere and staff was super nice and loving! 10/10! The room was so nice and very spacious for a 1 bed room! I felt so clean and spoiled. Food at the restaurants was amazing! And the drinks at the bar were so good. Definitely recommend

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location near two major highways was convenient. The service was exceptional: Jacob at the front desk helped me with a few things and the bartender & baristas were very friendly and efficient. Finally, I was able to charge my EV (not free) onsite overnight, which was helpful in getting a quick start to my journey in the morning.

Our stay at Margaritaville Kc was so fun for a little pre-birthday weekend getaway for our child. The staff was amazing, and so kind. Our valet, Nick helped us to feel welcomed right away and celebrated. Debby, who was in the gift shop for part of our stay was easy to talk to and answered questions as well. The rooms were clean, food was great and the obstacle course in the pool was something we kept coming back to. We are so excited to see the outdoor pool over the summer!
