I absolutely loved my stay at Fairfield Hotel. I had a late check in and the front desk employee was very accommodating and did an online check in for me and informed me as long as I checked in before 12am then I would be okay keeping my reservation. The hotel was very clean and so was the room. The room was very clean and very spacious. The beds were super comfy just wish it was a thicker blanket. The staff were very polite and the breakfast we had was delicious it was English muffins with Swiss and egg. They had bacon, cereal bar, yogurt, oatmeal, and mini waffles which were also delicious. My check out was at 12 pm which I also found accommodating. Overall my stay was 9/10.
I’m writing this at 1:42am from my room 202 at the Fairfield “suites.” The wife booked it because it was close to the venue my daughter has a gymnastics meet at. Overall it’s clean and the staff was nice. However it’s fully booked. And we had to take a room with a queen and a pull out couch. It’s absolute garbage. The “mattress” is thin and the frame appears bent as I’m in the shape of a banana right now. There’s a bar at my head and one on my ankles. I complained to the staff at front desk but I understand it’s booked. Not much he can do. Offered another comforter. This couch shouldn’t even exist in the first place. Nobody stays at a hotel for their couches… the room is plenty big for another bed. Then to top it all off I found out we are paying TWO HUNDRED AND FOURTY DOLLARS
I recently stayed at the Fairfield for a work trip and had a very solid experience overall. The location worked well for business, and it was an easy walk to Freddy’s for a quick hamburger, which was a nice bonus after a long day. One of the highlights was the view overlooking the field — it made the stay feel a little more open and relaxing. The property itself was clean and well maintained. My room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a productive work stay. The gym was surprisingly good for a hotel of this size. I used it twice during my stay, and it was comfortable even with the temperature around 65 degrees. Everything was in working order and clean. There is also a small pool — not large by any means — but still appreciated. A pool is a pool, and it’s nice to ha
It started off with half of our room, not having any power -they eventually moved us at midnight, causing us to try to pack up our room in the pitch dark. The room they moved us to had a TV that didn’t work. I was advised to mess with the chords in the back myself - they had no other help for this. The front desk attendant was sitting with a friend instead of behind the desk every time we came to the front desk with issues. When checking out we we’re told to call the manager the next day. We left multiple messages multiple days and when we finally did hear from him, he was extremely rude. No apologies for any of the inconvenience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone- we paid an extremely high amount to deal with electrical/technical issues and terrible customer service.
Start with the pros: the staff was very kind and polite, the location was great, and the breakfast was nice. It’s a new hotel and definitely feels that way. Cons: - we stayed 6 nights. Housekeeping only came once and that was only because we specifically asked. In that time it appears they made the bed, and provided some new towels. But at least one of the used towels was still there after, and no trash was picked up. There were fresh pillowcases just sitting on the windowsill, not actually put onto the pillows. - the location is a bit tricky to get to coming from Parallel. Not terrible with the new entrance, just not the easiest. - when we got to the room, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. We reported this, however, and it was promptly fixed. - the doors are loud and s
