Don't stay here! The owner ask for a $400 electric deposit, then the rent of $600 for the month rent! all in cash and doesn't give it back in cash! He wants to mail you a check! You hand him cash he wants to mail you a check! I still have not received my check for my electric deposit!

Rv camping for work now for 4 weeks. Nice park, very helpful owner and employees. Easy access to main roads, stores, restaurants and other services.

Owner is wonderful very awesome guy, area is quiet no people running around drunk all night. Happy

Poorly kept RV sites. Good for a pinch. Nice cement slabs for RV. Issues with not grounded electric. Doesn't give back electric deposit. Required to pay $300 CASH electric deposit with 1st months rent also CASH. We stayed there 1 month.. for the remainder of my husbands work. Only used $65.50 in electric. Gave notice we were leaving asked for our electric deposit back no answer. Ran into him at another one of his campsites and he said he would mail it.

Very Helpful open all year round, larger lots than campground. Quiet, close to everything have no issues. Thinking the people with bad reviews didn't pay rent and are angry.
