this hotel literally just accused of of smoking, we have a little stove and toaster oven in here and this is the second time they have tried to act like we are smoking in their smoke free rooms , ANDREA came into my room didn't even knock she came in where my three kids are and yelled housekeeping, told me she is gonna be back in an hour to clean my room even tho we clean our room we have our own supplies and all. then went to tell JOHN that she confirmed i was smoking in my room. mind you she woke me up out my sleep to do this. this is the same woman who tried to be rude when i locked myself out of my room that she just watched me come out of and told me she would have to make sure im the owner of the room. same woman who has been out front right infront of the doors smoking cigs half of

Appeared to be a black mold around the shower area. The carpeting in room and hallways are dated and dirty. The breakfast room was clean and appeared nice The sausage links were cold on the inside and the cubed potatoes were not browned Almost as if they were warmed from a freezer bag. The air conditioner/heater seemed to not be controlling the room temperature. The manager was very nice and helpful. The owners need to address some things the price was good for what it was

This hotel appears to be struggling. We arrived late and did not have the flexibly with kids to jump hotels or we would have. The room we stayed in smelt musty. The room felt slightly moist. The carpets were absolutely disgusting- looked not vacuumed and stained. The window frame was full of mold. The beds were okay and the bedding appeared clean. The cloth shower curtain has multiple rips. The continental Breakfast was very limited and cereals were stale and bagels were hard as rocks.

When I booked the hotel it said they had a pool and I do pull therapy. When I got there they said the pool has been closed for 5 months I paid extra money to get a hotel with a pool. The room was very clean and quiet that was very comfortable. Check in with a breeze. People that work the front desk were very friendly and very knowledgeable. When I went into the room I said down at the desk and the chair had no padding and is ripped on both sides. I told them at the front desk and they promptly brought me two new chairs false very comfortable maintenance man took the old one away he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Check out in the morning went very smoothly with Sheila she's very nice and very knowledgeable. If you're going to say you have a pool you should have a pool and it should be

Beds were nice and clean. Bathroom was clean. The rest of the hotel was not clean at all! The carpets in the room needed cleaned or replaced BADLY lots of stains! gross… The floor in the elevator was dirty. Staff was friendly. Breakfast subpar
