Holiday Inn & Suites Lima by IHG

The bed was comfortable! The other Holiday Inn in Lima told us there was no hot water here, but that was not true. It did seem a bit overpriced. A third party seller online gave a $69 quote, but they wouldn't go anywhere near that low! For an extra $10, we could each order a breakfast entree from the menu in the on site restaurant/bar.

An older property but well maintained. |Not quite in the centre of town, but perfect for an overnight stop. It a few minutes with all the new developments to the north and a short drive into the compact Downtown. Really enjoyed our stay, it was nice sit in the bar have a glass of wine while watching the Masters. Room was clean comfy beds and everything worked great. Breakfast was awesome. For $9.00 added to the room when checking in we had a breakfast served to us not a buffet. Food was excellent. Will definitely stop here again.

I was very disappointed with this Holiday Inn. I was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub (true, it's not listed in the amenities but you can see it in photos)and pool for a bit before showering and sinking into the soft, marshmallow bed with fat fluffy pillows and drifting off to sleep. As we head on up to our room I see a note about the pool being out of order. Ask my husband if they said anything about the status of the hot tub. Nope he says. They didn't mention it so we are thinking sucks about the pool but at least we have the hot tub. As we were going back out to grab a few things I decide to ask lady at the desk about the hot tub. She explains that the pool just went down yesterday and they hadn't got it fixed yet and they don't advertise the hot tub cuz it hadn't been opera

My husband & I were on our way to meet our new granddaughter in South Carolina. A small animal came runni g out & we crashed our car. We were not hurt. The tow truck took us to hotel hell.
