The only thing good about our stay is the lady who checked us in had the best personality. We booked our rooms ahead of time and when we got there we were charged $145 extra on top of what we already paid. And then once we get that all figured out and settled she lets us know that if the pool starts cutting up our feet that we could come out to the lobby for a Band-Aid. 3/4 for of our kids ended up with bleeding feet from their "new pool". I'm absolutely disgusted that we are just handing out Band-Aids that fall off into the pool and thinking about everybody getting in there with exposed wounds. At this point the pool should just be shut down. On top of that while my son was coming out of the pool room the door sliced his foot open. The rooms were clean, the pillows were comfy but overall

Very nice place to stay. A year old but still feels brand new, super clean. Breakfast was on par with other home2suites. The door lock key card system is the fastest in the game. Slept like a baby. Very quiet and ran by good people. Large parkinglot and EV hookups. Place has everything

We stayed here for one night during a family road trip and were very happy with our experience. We had a studio suite with two queen beds and a pull out sofa bed, and it was very spacious and comfortable for all of us. There was a kitchenette in our room as well, though we didn't use it because we were only there overnight. The breakfast buffet was okay--the proteins are kind of hidden on the bottom shelf of a multi shelf display, so you have to look to find them. The employees we interacted with were very friendly--Rhonda in particular checked us in and helped me print something on the customer printer in the lobby. Overall, this was a good stay, and we will definitely return if we are ever passing through the area again!

This is the go to hotel in Lima. The rooms are fantastic! The beds are comfortable, HVAC, and TVs work great, and the layout is perfect. Instead of weird artwork, there are shelves everywhere, which is exactly what you need in hotel. The rooms are big, and everything is very clean. The workout room is great. Parking is easy. Literally, I have nothing negative to say – this is your single choice, the place to stay.

Stayed at the H2S in Lima for a quick weekend getaway. Continently located right off the interstate and close to the iconic Kewpee and the best pizza in Lima Oh, at Westgate Entertainment Ctr. Very clean and the staff was terrific at ensuring we had an enjoyable stay! Will definitely be back if we’re back on the area
