Hampton Inn Lima

We stay here often. It has great staff, (we love Heather!) The pool and hot tub are ALWAYS clean which is SOOOOO important. The hotel is always clean and the rooms are nice. All in all, a great experience everytime we come. Oh, and the breakfast is always on point and I love that! This is the place to stay, if you're staying in Lima!

Great location, lots of restaurant choices close by. Very clean, friendly staff, quiet location. So convenient having breakfast included. Highly recommend

Very clean room, kind staff, hot breakfast, pool was clean and warm. The hot tub was hot, but the button to turn it on wasn’t working. It didn’t inhibit the use of the hot tub though. We will stay here again! Continently close to restaurants and Sam’s Club!

The hotel seems nice, the lady at the front desk was very nice, and helpful. Was traveling through and booked with Agoda while I was in Cleveland about 3 hours before Lima , when I got there they had no record of my booking, I ended up having to call Agoda and reported the issue, they refunded me but I still didn’t have a room!! This is not the hotels fault it’s 100% on Agoda . I wasn’t gonna try rebooking through them again. I ended up booking the Howard Johnson down the street through booking.com 5 min before I walked in and they already had my booking… Do not book with Agoda!! You may not have a room when you get there even though on your end it looks like you do. If the hotel has the ability to I would dump Agoda as a booking agent.
