Malu Lani Inn & Marina (on Pirates Cove)

We loved it so much we bought it!! We've spent our adult life exploring the Caribbean and shores of Florida,,, looking for the place that will be our forever getaway spot. Pine Island, Bokeelia and Malu Lani checked all our boxes! It's the last of "Old Florida", it's like being on the Keys without the crowds.

Absolutely loved our stay here! This was a definite yes for us! Such an incredible property and experience. ❤️ We stayed in a second floor apartment at the start of our stay and the detached cottage for the remainder. We loved everything about it. It is such a clean, beautiful and unique property and every part of our experience was perfect. The family that owns it takes such great care of it. Dave is so wonderful to deal with and made our stay even more special! If you are looking for a place to stay while on the Island, I strongly recommend you check availability here. This is a place we will certainly revisit on a future stay on the Island. Such a gem!

It was our 35th wedding anniversary and we decided to stay at the Malu Lani Inn. What an amazing place! Views of the water, very clean, a great place to dock our 25’ boat, beautiful landscaping and a romantic atmosphere!

It is the best place in the area stay. First Sharon and David are the best host around. They keep Malu Lani inn very clean and well kept. And if you are a fisherman it is only 3 minutes off the harbor just east of Boca Grande pass. Home of the best tarpon fishing around the world 🌎. I would recommend that you stay at Malu Lani inn if you want a piecfull vacation on the water.

I'm almost reluctant to leave a review because I selfishly want it available for myself. The owners are incredibly courteous, friendly, and helpful. The units are clean and tastefully updated. The area is peaceful and especially entertaining by boat. If you stay at the Malu Lani in Bokeelia you will probably be back many times; it will not disappoint.
