Majestic Splash Cabin

Wonderful cabin, extremely spacious and clean.

This is the second cabin we have stayed at in the Gatlinburg area where the cleaning and general maintenance is very minimal at best. This cabin had confetti in lamp shades, grime build up on kitchen appliances, the lamp shades are covered in thick dust and cobwebs. Broken toilet paper holders in at least 2 of the bathrooms, light bulbs burnt out in the kitchen, hand prints on the glass in several areas, stains on the bed sheets, loose shower faucet fixture in one of the bathrooms. For as much as they're charging for these cabins you'd think they could do a little better with the little details and the cleaning. Just an fyi to those looking for a quiet cabin, the rooms have no sound barriers and the sound echos very easily throughout the cabin and the doors make alot of noise when openin

I’m speaking of my recent stay in hopes the cabin owner sees this and does something about it I paid 14,500 for 9 days it took cabins USA 6 days to come pick up the trash and fix the hot tub and swimming pool massive amounts of black mold in swimming pool area, plates and utensils spoons spatulas were brand x WiFi only worked in tv room and kitchen outside propane grill caught fire due to excessive grease futons full of stains bath towels felt like sandpaper boots use two remotes to operate each tv plus they used no insulation in the interior walls so everybody hears everything you do in the rooms you would think for that kind of money you shouldn’t have to deal with the issues I did but cabins USA gave me back 900 dollars which I thought was a joke cause we couldn’t use the pool or hot tu
