Majestic Regency Resort

We always stayed here in the past with our children. Very clean yard kept up pool always crystal clear with umbrellas to enjoy sitting at the pool. There use to be a dimple continental breakfast and kitchen that had utensils if you wanted to use the grill. NOT ANYMORE!!!! Pool was lean but not sparkling like before. No umbrellas. Weeds everywhere. Nothing is kept up. I will say the beds were comfortable. But everything like lampshades were disgusting. The room had an awful odor. I bought Air freshener and window open during the day. Air conditioner could go on and off all night. Nothing worked consistently. Another issue Mosquitoes. Even during the day. They need to spray the property. I wanted to say something when we left but the office was closed. Never again will we stay here or recomm

Our room smelt like mold, we had to keep the ac on and windows open to make the smell some what better. Our floor was extremely soft and coming apart. The shower had no pressure, and had a public restroom soap dispenser in the shower that was empty. Not impressed & won’t be staying here again

I don't understand what some people expect for a budget motel. While it was old, it was clean. The pictures here are old and it actually looks better now as they renovated quite a bit - no more carpet in the rooms thank god.|We stayed with our three giant breed dogs and there aren't many places that will allow that, especially for only $25 per dog per night; we did ask for that accommodation before booking. The air conditioner in the room is old and loud but it worked great at keeping the room cool. I liked the separate small sink area outside the small bathroom (toilet and tub/shower combo). There were plenty of grassy areas for our dogs to walk and do their business on. All the other dog owners (while we were there at least) were very good about picking up after their pups - important f

Place is a s—t hole. That’s being nice. We stayed long enough to take a pi-s.|All the reviews about this place are true and then some. The room was disguising and had a smell like it was overdosed with cleaner/disinfectant/ deodorizer. Mold and dirt everywhere. Furniture looked like it came from a trash yard. We demanded our money back from the manager and he complied with no argument like it happened all the time. Board of health should be notified. If they have been notified they’re probably being paid off. I can’t believe that there were actually people staying there. Credited my card with full refund and included a $20.00 bill with the receipt.

Positive: The beds were comfortable and appeared clean. Hotel is fine if you just need somewhere to sleep at night and aren’t super picky. Negative: The room smelled very musty and left all our clothes smelling the same. The key to the hotel room door was extremely hard to use. The bathroom had dirt splattered on the walls. The ceiling tiles were very stained. There were dead bugs behind furniture.
