Majestic Hotel

Clean room in good condition. Great shower! Quiet street. Well located for bus travel to anywhere. Local neighborhoods are vibrant with plenty of places for food and drink within walking distance, as well as plenty of local businesses to check out. Friendly and helpful staff.

Positive: Location/accessibility to train system, lake, and Wrigley field Negative: Room was not ready upon arrival for an additional hour. Poor parking situation- parking was on backside of hotel but loading/unloading is a 15 min spot for approximately 2 vehicles. The delay in check in made this extremely inconvenient. Price of hotel.

The location is very perfect. It is a gorgeous hotel, A bit older, which I liked the characteristics of the hotel the rooms were large. I got the large larger room that I had two badges in it and then pull up sofa.||||Plenty of room no coffee maker inside of the room, but it was not a very big deal because there was actually a very beautiful lounge area downstairs where they have coffee 24/7||||If you’re diabetic or lactose intolerant, you probably need to bring your own creamer

This is an excellent find. It’s not super fancy, but very welcoming. Rooms are kind of small, but clean and very comfortable. Very friendly staff and excellent location- 2 blocks from lake, 10 minute walk to Wrigley. If you’re coming to Lakeview to visit family, friends or catch a game, I challenge you to find a better value.

Such a clean, cute hotel just a stones throw away from the action of Wrigleyville. It's an old building, so it has a lot of character. The facility is maintained very well, and the staff is friendly. ||||Parking is the only strange issue with this place. When you arrive, there is a spot in front of the hotel you can park while you check in. Then your vehicle must be moved to the parking garage, located behind the hotel. (They are very nice)||||There is no direct access between the two, so it's about a 4 minute walk to retrieve your car. Cost is a discounted $25/night. In and out privledge is granted, however I dont know the etiquette for tiping every time you take your car out. I gave the mandatory valet $5 everytime he brought my car.
