MainStay Suites Columbus North - Worthington

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The beds were extremely comfortable — we slept so well! A big thank you to Bob at the front desk for making our check-in smooth and welcoming. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Highly recommend this hotel!

MainStay Suites Columbus exceeded my expectations. The staff provided excellent service and went out of their way to make sure guests were comfortable. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped for a long-term stay. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Great value for the price — I highly recommend this property for both business and leisure travelers.

Our stay was decent, the room could have been cleaner. Simple things like wiping down the doors and side of the counters and making sure stuff wasnt left in the bathroom sink, I wasnt sure if it was glue or left over cleaner either way I didnt touch it to find out. Also cleaning the shelves in the freezer or fridge, more the freezer since the bottle i stuck in the freezer to get cold stuck to the shelf. The staff was nice at least those that I interacted with. Also maybe provide more channels that arent all sports channels i ended up being stuck in my room for an entire 24hrs and there wasnt very many channels to watch that werent sports/news related. Bed was decent. Please place something in the showers so people dont slip and fall! Even a hand rail would be helpful.

Front desk staff are some of the best hotel employees I've ever met in my life. Super understanding, willing to work with me and what was needed. Beautiful room, beautiful shower, everything was lovely. Noisy noisy neighbors, anyone in the hallway you can hear them as if they're in your room. Overall lovely stay.

We arrived at the hotel on the evening of October 25th to celebrate our tenth wedding anniversary, which was also our first time in London. From the moment we arrived, we expected a special experience, but we discovered that our reservation could not be found, even though we presented proof of payment, a voucher, and every possible document. Instead of making us feel stressed or uncomfortable, the front desk team, welcomed us with a warm smile, genuine empathy, and a sincere desire to help. They tried every possible way to locate our booking, contacting suppliers, support teams, and anyone who might assist, but unfortunately, the issue could not be resolved that night. Still, we never felt alone for a moment. The team arranged a room for us so we could relax, made sure we felt comfortable
