Mainsail Motel & Cottages

For the past 20 years now, every summer my family and I head up to Hampton Beach and stay the week at the Mainsail. There are about thirty of us in the group who rent either a cottage or a hotel room on the property. This past year has been by far the best experience we've had in all the years of booking here! Upon arrival we met Ross and Olga. They were both so friendly, helpful and kind. Olgas handmade candles and bracelets around the office gave it such a nice and cozy touch! We were able to check in right away and to say the least we were absolutely amazed by all of the work they put into our cottage. It was updated, decorated, and extremely clean. Throughout the week we chatted with multiple of our now, "life long family friends" who also stay the same week as us. Everyone had nothing

Enjoyed our stay at Mainsail motel, traveled in from Canada. The facility was clean, and everything worked. Had a late check in, called the number on the office door and were checked in with no issues. Parked on site below room. Motel was right across the road from an amazing cafe and a 5 min walk to the main strip along the ocean.

Owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and we had everything we needed. Very close to beach and shops and restaurants...........................|We always enjoy staying here! Would recommend this motel!

I stayed here during the long memorial weekend. Joe was great even though I arrived after hours. The rooms were clean and modern. He let us park at the motel after we checked out so we could enjoy the beach. The vibe of the place is great. It's very close to the beach and board walk. On the board walk there are candy stores, arcades, restaurants, souvenir shops, fudges shops, ice cream parlors, bars, and much more. You will see a lot of classic cars during the summer.

We’ve been coming to Seafood Fest at Hampton Beach for 40+ years. Always great accommodations at the Mainsail? Friendly courteous always ready to help with extra towels TP blankets and pillows. Can’t go wrong staying at this establishment.
