Magnolia Inn Townhouse Hattiesburg MS I-59

Positive: Absolutely nothing Negative: Everything. This hotel should be condemned. Extremely dirty and run down. Had large holes in all the walls. TV did not work. No shower curtain. Very dirty and marked up walls. Carpet torn down to the pad. And so much more.

Rooms are dingy. The bath tub was scared up from people smoking dope in the room. Tv dont work. Don't stay here on a Friday. The night club is very loud right behind the hotel. Key card readers barely work. The floors are stained up ver badly. Lights barely work.

The people who worked there were all sweet and that's the only good thing I can say. There were old panties in the parking lot, there was even an old dead roach on the wall crusting away. It took 3 tries before they got us in a room that was clean and where everything worked. They were all very nice in the process, but it was just downright nasty!!

Before checking in We saw someone shooting up on the parking, and a girl was playing outside between the cars at 11.30 and there was a music party going on, sorry, we found another place, better, just doesn’t feel safe

Very outdated room. No coffee maker in room. Television channels were limited and the reception was poor.
