Madison Inn & Suites

Absolutely Unacceptable Experience When I arrived at Madison Inn & Suites, I walked into the lobby and found a note on the front desk with a phone number to call for assistance. I called that number at least 10 times—no answer. I yelled “excuse me” several times, knocked on the office door, and tried everything I could to get someone’s attention. The front desk was completely unattended. I walked around the building, came back in, and eventually saw the phone I had been calling—it was just sitting on a chair down the hallway, unanswered. Still trying to find help, I came across a room where a few kids were watching a movie. I asked if they knew who the owner was. One boy said it was his aunt and that she was outside. I loved my stay! The pool was awesome! It was clean and relaxing! The housekeepers kept everything so nice and clean. The managers were very respectful. I loved the coffee they prepared every morning. And the guests were very quiet and polite.

Beware!!!!!!! Hotel has full size rats seen them coming from outside door to the common area to ball room it was really gross!!!!!!!! Also has black mold like in my shower me and my kids could not stop coughing!!!!! My neighbors beside me were also dealing drugs in the hallway had to rush my children back in the room. Stay was horrific!!!!!!

Aircon was cold. Showers were hot. A sheet had a cigarette burn mark, but they were clean. Everything could do with a good clean up. Lady at the desk was polite and the price was good for somewhere to rest overnight.

The staff from the GM to all of the employees are just awesome human beings and good at what they do! Do not allow the Ken's and Karen's out there make you think this is a horrid place ! We have stayed here many, many times and it's always been great service every single time They are working on improving and it's just getting better every day! Shout out to The young ladies, housekeepers are just so sweet! Y'all have helped us and so many others that have stayed here! Just check it out for yourself! You will not regret it!
