La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Huntsville Airport Madison

This rating is based on the cost of staying versus the quality of service and condition of the overall hotel. The people that work here are very kind and do a great job respectively. It isn't a five star hotel but it is clean and well taken care of. For the cost you are getting a great deal, a decent breakfast and a good location. Madison is terrific and there are a couple restaurants and a bar and grill within walking distance.

I had the mobility room #114. The room was almost perfect. I am not severely handicapped, I have some mobility and balance issues. The bathroom shower is a bit problematic. The shower head is fixed to the wall and the detachable shower wand is great, but the valve to switch from overhead to wand is way at the top. I was able to reach it, but anyone who needs a wheelchair could not. The hose on the detachable wand is a foot too short to do a proper job when using the seat. Otherwise, terrific room and service!

Positive: Location Negative: Drain in the shower held water while showering. The floors of the room were never cleaned from the start. Check in was embarrassing they didn't even know how to use their own system running my cards multiple times. Unattended dogs barking next door.

I always stay here when I am in town. My last visit in Sept. '25 was not good and I left a one-star review. Many other patrons left similar reviews in 2025 and apparently the message got through. The previous property manager has been replaced by a wonderful gentleman named David. He has made many corrections to the areas of concern listed in the reviews section and it shows. My stay was wonderful and the breakfast is ALWAYS top-notch. Thank goodness corporate made the decision to remove the unqualified, uncaring individual and replaced her with a very caring professional, David. It's good to know what the experience will be like when I stay here!

One night stay. One night of great sleep! I actually live within 2 miles of these suites, but can't sleep on my mattress anymore without hurting my back. My wife let's our large dog sleep with her, so I refuse to buy a better one...#smh# So, I need good sleep occasionally. I picked the right place! Everything was very clean and nice, and I even praised them in my head for such a nice bed and coverings, and the amenities of the room. Very clean, very quiet, and very nice. Well worth the price!
