Hampton Inn Madison Huntsville Airport

The stay was excellent. The staff were wonderful. I had an issue with the showerhead in my room and they resolved it right away. It may not be too relevant to others, but I loved all the crapemyrtles on property, as they were not butchered and were allowed to grow in their natural shape, which looked beautiful in winter.

Excellent experience after a very long travel day. I arrived at 2 AM, and Sean at the front desk took great care of me. He made sure I had enough snacks and waters to hold me over until breakfast the following morning. The young lady at the front desk, and the shuttle driver, were so kind and polite the following day. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Dropped off rental car , hotel basically had pick up on demand . Lawerence was phenomenal not only at pick up but awesome at check in as well. Great attitude and personality. Shuttle service in the morning was awesome as well. 5 minutes from airport and surprisingly quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel. Not far from several places to eat.

Positive: Parking, cleanliness of hotel, comfortable bed, steaming hot water for a relaxing shower, great staff, nice outdoor area with heaters, last but not least we had an awesome breakfast! Negative: The only negative is that I would have liked to see the bathroom vents dusted and cleaned. Maybe add it to the monthly check list for hotel to dos

We had a nice stay at this hotel. It scored highly on all of our criteria on our hotel checklist that we make to rate hotels and resorts. The only place it failed with breakfast variety and breakfast person was not friendly. Otherwise okay as a stopover on the way home.
