Madison Inn | Hospital District Spokane

This hotel was in the perfect location for my appointment at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center—literally within one minute walking distance. As soon as I made my reservation, I received a text from the front desk to confirm, which was very convenient. They even allowed me to check in earlier than the scheduled time. The staff was extremely friendly, and the room was very clean with plenty of towels and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s also close to several restaurants and fast-food options, which made things even easier. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Stayed here due to family member having surgery at Sacred Heart. Breakfast was good, variety. Rooms were good. Hotel overall was good. My only complaint was staff. When I walked in two register, there were two staff at the front desk. The one staff member who attended to me was rude. Barely said hello; looked at me as if I didn't belong there. Very unprofessional, as a person working in this industry really needs customer service skills. Otherwise, I've stayed here before for similar reasons, and I'd probably stay here again.

Stayed here after a late flight before heading west. It was comfortable. The only issue is, it's right across the street from the hospital, so the helicopter is flying in and out all night.

We were going through a difficult time with a family member at Sacred Heart. It's such a convenient location. Your staff is wonderful. They are kind and respectful knowing it's a rough time for us. This is why my family has always picked the Madison Inn over the years for our hideaway and rest. Thank you!!

We stayed at Madison Inn Thursday and Friday nights due to Surgery at Sacred Heart Hospital. We were very impressed with its quality and service, especially the entire Staff. Friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating in all the uncertainties we faced being new to the area & unsure of our departure due to recovery needs.
