Luxury Inn & Suites East Houston

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The kind of people they have living there is horrible. Renters around fighting, punching walls, cursing, just to say least the worst stay I ever had. The renters around did not stop fighting until 0500 AM. Then the restroom towels were DISGUSTING and brown. Honestly, take your business elsewhere. WORST HOTEL STAY.

Great Service. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a good experience and would stay here again.

Worst mistake I've ever made was to book at Luxury Inn, trust me it's nothing luxury here. My room smelled like smoke and I don't smoke cigarettes. Also, it's all kinds of weird people walking around, and the area doesn't feel safe. There's roaches in the room, and the floors are sticky. Don't let those pictures fool you, I wouldn't let my dog stay here if I had a dog. Also, the bed has some kinda of big on it not bed bug tho. In addition, I couldn't see out my peep hole because it was stuffed with tissue.

It was a 53 dollar a night room . It was clean ish🤭 yes it had a selection of roaches but I was in need of peace and quite and it actually was that . Luckily I grew up rather piss poor so roaches aren't that shocking they are of the medium verity 🤔size wise not them big ones u gotta get permission to eat your own snacks from . No . Not them rascals. This is a motel so it's bound to have roaches I don't care whst nobody says roaches are everywhere especially if you have seen what I have as far as people houses and cleaning capacity 😬😬 no bed bugs tho that's the big one u don't want. The heat didn't work I calked they said get bent in a round about way🤣Luckily I'm a maintenance man and I unplugged the unit clean the vents pused the big nasty hidden reset button on the plug and turned it on

THE LADY MANAGER WAS NICE ! Honestly in my opinion Need Better Staff WORKERS, Not sure how Texas Work ! but y'all just knock on anyone door looking for drugs and the front desk doesn't care! I told the guy someone is bothering my room and he told ME tell them go away which I already did that, still stayed at my door after I told them leave me alone ! Night shift is not best and Safe ! can't see out of peep hole , nothing but noise upstairs ROACHES, CIGARETTE BURNS , PEOPLE HAVE TO UNDERSTAND WE ARE NOT THE SAME !!NO SECURITY! THIS MOTEL ALLOWS ANY BAD IF YOU WANNA DO HOOD STUFF THEY DONT CARE
