Incredibly rude staff. It's amazing how these people are given roles in a hospitality based role. I wonder if the property owners know the face of their company is severely affecting return visits. If they are the owners, they should consider another venture because this is NOT the right one for them. Rooms are not the cleanest. They bother you 2 hours before check-out.

Upon arriving and going into office to check in was greeted rudely. I got a non smoking and she kept repeating no smoking multiple times, upon entering room noticed cigarette burns on the blanket and stains on the pillow covers. Also i thought i left my id down in the office but no she kept it and said the id was for security or give an extra 20 dollars. She did not tell me nothing about keeping my id or the extra 20. DO NOT CINE HERE AT ALL

DO NOT STAY HERE! We drove to San Antonio from Ft. Worth for a funeral. It was very last minute and we were on a very tight budget. We stopped at the first place we saw. We were tired, frustrated and in a rush to get ready for the service. I paid $75 for a room with a double bed. There was 3 of us. The owner started flipping out! Saying we could only have 2 people in our room. Wth? It was a double bed room! There is usually 4 people allowed. The toilet didn't work and there was no water pressure in the shower. A family member met us there to ride with us to the service. The owner flipped out again and said we weren't even allowed to have visitors!!! We'd been there 2 hours and he made us check out! He wouldn't even give me half my money back!! I tried to explain we were there for a funeral

If I could put 0 stars I would definitely do it . My belongings were stolen from my room not even an hour after check out , tried calling several times to ask them to leave my stuff in touches in the room as I would’ve paid for another day not a problem at all . There were a lady sitting on the stairs who so happened to have a beer I had in my fridge which she claimed she went across the street to buy from the Valero yet the housekeeper claimed they found it in the trashcan after cleaning my room which made no sense at all worst motel ever I wouldn’t recommend it not even to a homeless person I mean there are homeless people who love to hang out on the stairs using up other peoples stuff that were in the rooms to begin with very bad service maybe they should start answering the phone more
