Luxury Inn I45

This hotel has bed bugs! They will not tell you this when you arrive. I stayed there for a night and woke up to bed bugs crawling on the white sheets. Fortunately I slept on top of the blanket and not under it. Still doesn't take away the fact that it's infested. Also there was human hair on these supposed to be clean sheets and more hair in the tub. It's definitely not clean to hotel standards! I highly recommend you do not stay here for one sec! Thank me later!!!

This location WILL DENY YOUR SERVICE ANIMAL! I’m medically disabled and require the assistance of a service dog. As much as I love him, he’s not a pet, he’s medical equipment I need to live a functional daily life. When I tried to clarify with staff his status and to provide additional documentation I have to verify my service animal, they outright said, “We don’t accept any animals here, no service dogs.” I immediately went to get a refund. I’m seriously considering filing a federal report for the discrimination I experienced against my disability. This location provided an unprofessional, disrespectful and degrading experience.

Over all, the staff is great and rooms aren't so bad. Yes it could use a bit more detailed cleaning but considering area and price it's passable. No bugs so far and I've been staying here at least two or three times a month in the last year

Night staff very helpful and friendly. Daytime lady seems clueless on how to run a business. And appeared to treat those with skin darker than hers very differently. Not a good look. Tvs not in service. Smh but she want 75$ Went next door to America's Best Value Inn and was treated like royalty 👍👍😎😎so don't go here go next door and see all the comfort of home with out the smell of narcotics in the air!!

Never got a room key. Room was not cooled down at all, took over an hour to cool it down. Asked for a non smoking room, got a room that was stained brown from the nicotine. Even the towels smelled like it.
