Luxury Inn and Suits Lackland AFB/Seaworld

The staff is really nice but the rooms left something to be desired. The sheets had white crusty stains upon check in, the tubs (spa tub and normal tub) Needed to be clean. It took 2 mopings and 3 steaming to get the floor clean and not turn your feet black

Nice hotel they keep it clean the new owners are nice and friendly they have jacuzzi suites and even let you smoke in the room

Disgusting room. Hair all over the bed. Blood stains. Everything was broken and dirty. No hot water. Would never stay here again

Definitely recommend this luxury inn! clean and spacious rooms, and all the staff members I came across during my stay were very professional and friendly canteen is available, ofcourse the owner is very respectful and professional I asked for help he immediately did his job, I will come back again soon 5/5⭐️

STAY AWAY! Honestly the NASTIEST place we have ever been to. We got in the room and we looked around and decided to leave we couldn't stay in a place like that. Seman stains on the bedding and fecal stains on the towels. Management literally walked away and ignored my husband when he said something about it. These other reviews are total lies if they say it's a nice place. Cockroachs were included for free apparently.
