Luxury Inn and Suites

I was worried about the cleanliness and bugs. I asked the attendant if the rooms were clean and if there were any bugs. She said it was very clean and if i saw that the pillows and sheets were dirty she would give me clean ones. Unfortunately when I went there were bugs in the bathroom and the pillow cases and sheets were dirty. I asked for new pillow cases and she gave me new ones but the new ones were used. I told her they were dirty too and she said these were the best she had. I asked for my money back but they said no refunds.

This room was awful! Broken toilet, Dirty floors, maggots in the bathroom ,busted up table, tv barely worked half of the Channels would freeze up and the bed was terrible there was no blanket just two thin flat sheets not even an fitted sheet was on the bed and two very thin pillows. Jail provides you with more comfort. When I spoke to front desk about the room they told me “oh a few months back there was a customer that did some stuff with gum that’s why the floors are dirty” when I mention the maggots she said “yeah it’s from the same guy” absolutely ridiculous. For $60 it’s not worth it you’d have better luck staying under a bridge than this place.

I needed a week of somewhere to stay, and when i went into the office to ask for the weekly rate, they were able to give me 10 dollar discount, and most importantly the guys and lady were very friendly, so definitely expect respect and good customer service. The rooms are actually not bad they very cozy, and the a/c works good and blows cold. satisfied with stay. And i just also want to thank and give all the glory to Jesus Christ for providing the funds and He always makes a way, He is the way, praying to our Father in Heaven is just the best. God bless

I would rate this hotel zero stars if I could. Do not stay at this hotel unless you have no choice. Human hair, dirt and some kind one stains on the pillow cases is just the tip of the of the iceberg . I can only guess what was an oil stain on the towels, but worst of all when we pulled back the sheets on the king size bed, I don’t want to even guess of what was stained on them…The only good thing I can say is, when we decided to leave they gave us a refund without a fuss.

My stay was poor but at the same time okay. Here’s why it was poor. The bathrooms are dirty. There’s no toilet seat cover and the shower curtain looks like it has mildew on it. The shower head had crust on it and the vent had toilet paper stuffed in it to keep it from leaking. the doors were dirty and the counter was dusty. They supposedly had a kitchenette but their version of a kitchenette was a microwave on top of a mini fridge. Also the WiFi only works when you stand in the office/lobby.
