The breakfast was over and thank God Nicky and Mega saved the day not sure of breakfast Times 6-815 I believe I was hoping 6-9 69 but they fixed it. I Will be back hope next time is even better. This was the worst experience of my entire life!!! The woman manager chased me down the hallway outside to my car telling me she “doesn’t care about this job I will beat your ass right here, I don’t care.”||I have never been treated like this in my life. The reason why is because I stood up to her to defend me and my family. They are running a scheme. They make you pay a cash only deposit and don’t give you a receipt. When my husband and I and our infant daughter got into the room it smelled very musty/smoky but we were exhausted and just went to bed, as we have been on the road for 5 hours. The next morning we are accused of smoking cigarettes in a room with a newborn. I pulled my jacket out and lifted it from my bag and said how can we be smoking in a room yet our clothes and body doesn’

Okay. I’m no stranger to staying in crappy hotels. But this one takes the cake. The staff didn’t really interact at all except during check in and out. Our bathroom had a walk in shower, but the drain was either really slow, or the slope for the drain was not deep enough, because a five minute shower flooded the bathroom. Like at least a good half inch of water filled the bathroom floor. And the toilet wasn’t completely bolted to the floor, so all that water was getting trapped under the toilet 😅. We went through so many towels sopping it up and trying to redirect the water back to the shower drain. Now could I have complained? Yea. But honestly I didn’t care enough too, plus other reviews about this place had said that they were threatened when they did complain or were accused of things

We arrived at the hotel on 2/20/26 around 6pm. The booking showed a Super 8 Hotel, it was not. We arrived to what was a very dirty and not well kept complex. We headed into the lobby to check in and walked past the employees who were not at the desk and were instead outside smoking cigarettes. We waited 10-15 minutes while ringing the bell until they come around the corner to check us in. The employees had AirPods in during the entire interaction and had no interest to engage in professional conversation that you would expect from any hotel concierge. Prior to arrival I received my confirmation email stating a $50.00 security deposit was needed. but at check in the employee tried to get me to pay $60.00 and gave me attitude when I provided the email stating it was $50.00.
