Luxe Studios Nashville Opryland

Do not waste your money to stay here. The only good thing about this place is the location. We were coming to town for the NWTF convention and this was so close. We got there about 8:00pm to check in. There were bags of leaves and rocks in garbage bags outside in the front. The inside lobby is very outdated by like 30-40 years. No one was at the front counter and we waited about 10 mins before finally someone came up there. One thing that no one tells you is when you get there they have all these signs that say you must pay a $100 deposit on top of what you already booked the room for. The hallways smelled like cigarettes even though there are signs everywhere for no smoking. We stayed in room 119, 2 queen beds, one bed had two big pieces of metal sticking out the side and I hit my shin on

We have stayed in Luxe Studios before and it was all right, it's away downhill now. We Arrived at Luxe Studios Opryland Nashville, on Mon 3rd of November. And A Freind was Sharing the Room with me. A party of 10 people in total staying. We were there for two weeks. The Rooms Weren't Cleaned until Sat the 8th of November. Towels and Toilet Roll weren't left in the room, every day had to be picked up in reception and it was like war time there wasn't going to be much handed over. The used towels was building up like a mountain in the bathroom. The Bins were Overflowing. The Carpets in Hall and the full hotel Would need a Hoovering. This Was Quoted on their page and on a Email sent from them. **Deluxe Complimentary Continental Breakfast served daily; 6:30a-9:30a The First Morning we Went

Do not stay the place is falling apart and they charged my card even tho I didn’t stay because of how horrible the facility was. Wifi didn’t work tv didn’t work and there was bed bugs.I reported them to code enforcement due to the ada health and safety violations.

Do not book a room here …. Horrible rooms , nothing works smells like crack, and cigarettes, mildew and mold ,no refund either
