Lux Verde Hotel

We enjoyed our 7 night stay. Very helpful staff. Madison helped make my reservation when I had issues online and was accommodating to our needs. AJ greeted us and checked us in and was very helpful throughout our stay. And finally Kim was helpful with additional towels when we needed the. Very good breakfast and clean grounds. Fresh cookies in the lobby were a bonus!

The beds were great. The breakfast was great. They even had cornhole and a picnic area. There was also right behind was a AMERICAN LEGION, which it was a beautiful building, but I didn’t get to go inside didn’t have time anyway the staff was great too, and I left my pillow and I called and they had already called the office saying that they had my pillowso thank God I was only 10 minutes out went back and got it. Everybody was super nice.

Positive: Clean and nice for the price Negative: Advertising pool and hot tub knowing it was closed. Went to get breakfast at 9 and the maids stripped my room. I was expecting a late checkout

Very nice and clean room, well equipped with a coffee machine, refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom had good supplies including hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. The AC/heater was a bit old and somewhat slightly noisy. Plenty of parking available within the premises. The highlight was the breakfast - good spread with sauces, scrambled eggs, waffles, breads, yogurt, fruits, and hot drinks. We stayed 4 days and the menu was the same each day, but we still enjoyed it. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The hotel was easy to find. The lobby was clean and check in was easy. Marie went above and beyond to clear up a confusion I had. She was so patient & understanding. The Lux is so lucky to have her. The room was great. The water pressure in the shower was great. Breakfast was good, they have a good variety. The only downside was the hide-abed was extremely uncomfortable. A towel bar in the sink area would also be handy. I would stay here again and recommend the Lux to friends.
