They charge you $200 extra as amenity fee during check in which they didn't disclose during booking. So this is a rip off. They only provide housekeeping service if you stay longer than 4 nights, which is also not for everyday. Washroom vent doesn't work, so it remains damp after shower. Old tub and sink, not super clean. No soundproofing in the room. Loud construction going next door, I didn't receive any heads up for it. You can hear everything from the hallway from your room. Air conditioning creates huge sharp noises in the middle of the night which will keep you awake most of the night. No microwave, only toaster oven. Only good thing about this hotel is its location as it is close to the beach, restaurants and malls. Overall, if you want a $60/night motel experience by paying a decen

This hotel was gorgeous, its in a great spot! Walking distance to the shopping area and about a 7 minute walk from the beach! The hotel room was clean and quiet. Pool was a bit small, but we were there more for the beach. Loved that you had the option of taking a fish to your room overnight. Staff was amazing and super helpful with retrieving our car.

The room is spacious but some of the furnitures are outdated. They have good service, I asked to replace some towels and I got my room cleaned. The locations is great, it’s within the walking distance to the bus stops, Waikiki beach and Hilton village. And it’s not too noisy.

Thank you for every friendly and helpful team! It was my mom’s birthday surprise trip so I asked a surprise. And they prepared early check in and a bottle of champagne for us. It is a clean room and good enough space for 3 adults plus one kid. The location is convenient. I really enjoyed staying here.

The hotel is in a perfect location 10 min to the beach. And with multiple things to see and visit in within a walking distance. It is a bit old and the rooom was quite dusty. But we’ll stock with the necessary as a small apartment. We had the suite with kitchen and it was very complete. We loved the view from the balconies and enjoyed the whole area. The elevators were a bit annoyingly slow. And the pool is not really recommended for kids. It is very deep and slippery. The bathroom area by the pool was smelly like sewage , very intense. Other than that. The common areas were very nice and well kept together. The meet and greet hour on Monday, Wednesday and Friday offering drinks, cheese and crackers and traditional music is a sweet touch.
