LSI Resorts at Ala Moana

Booked the ocean view room via third party site (super.com), make sure you know the difference between ocean view versus ocean front. There is a big difference. The ocean was to the right of the balcony, and if you looked straight its buildings and a swimming pool. Booking with super.com, I was not informed that the room is managed by LSI, a third party company not affiliated with the hotel so you DO NOT get the basic amenities that come with a hotel such as daily cleaning / extra towels / room service, etc (they will incur you a fee). So any issues you have with the room, you have to contact the LSI number which never picks up, but I emailed them and they responded within the day (about 6hours). Terrible Service I stayed at this hotel for two weeks, and I regret every moment. Room service, which should be a basic amenity, wasn’t included despite the high price I paid for my stay. When I inquired about it, the staff informed me that I’d need to pay extra for something that should already be part of the package. It’s absurd to spend so much money and still have to argue for basic services. I felt completely ripped off and disrespected. If you’re looking for comfort and good service, avoid this place. They’ll nickel-and-dime you for everything while offering the bare minimum in return.
