Upon arrival, we were greeted at our room by a housekeeper who asked if we needed anything. I requested two extra pillows and a blanket, which she promptly retrieved. However, what followed was highly inappropriate and concerning: she entered our room with the items and then asked if she could take pictures. Before I could fully process the request, she proceeded to take out her phone and record a video of the room—including our personal belongings that had already been placed inside. This was a clear violation of our privacy. To make matters worse, while my husband was using the restroom, she walked in on him without knocking.
