We arrived and had to go to not one but three separate rooms. The first room was filthy, with spray paint cans and trash, a broken dresser, and the beds weren't even made. The second room was dirty and had no bed linens. When we went to get the third room, he told us it was the last option. It wasn't any better, and one of the beds was so broken that we ended up with our 7-year-old sleeping on the desk, so her head wasn't angled down. We were all tired after driving in from Illinois for my mother's funeral. It was cold and raining, and I had to keep running back and forth to basically get told it's either good enough or I'm screwed. So, to make an already bad situation much worse. You get exactly what you pay for, and may be a little less, but if all of your concern is just putting your head down for the night and you have very minimal expectations. Then you are fine. The location and condition of the property is well below average and it is currently under construction and looks to be for quite some time. Maybe forever. If you are a single guy with very good common and street sense then your stay will be OK, but for any other dynamic, a hard no. Consider other options.

The staff was very kind and understanding, when we checked in our room was full of some serious red flags. Got a full refund for my room and an apology for the incovenience after driving from Indiana and having to deal with that. Hopefully one day they get all their issues fixed but as of now I wouldnt book there again.
