Courtyard by Marriott Sherman

I really enjoyed my stay and will absolutely be back. The hotel has a bright, open atmosphere with beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows that make the whole space feel light and welcoming. The outdoor fireplace area was a favorite spot, and the gym was excellent. I also appreciated the convenient washer and dryer on site and the quality of the linens and towels. Most importantly, the staff was consistently kind and professional. There were a couple of minor maintenance items during my stay (the AC coils in my room needed cleaning, and the pool could use a refresh), and I did report those so they’re aware. They’re the kind of things that are easily fixable and don’t take away from the overall experience. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and look forward to returning.

Great staff - we were greeted with warm smiles and hospitality even though we arrived close to midnight and the young lady on duty was quite busy with taking care of things. She made us feel very welcome. Room and facility is nice and clean. It’s close to the highway and restaurants (be sure to check out the Eggsquisite cafe down the road). I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience at the Courtyard Marriott in Sherman. The hotel is very clean, modern, and beautifully maintained from the moment you walk in. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, spacious and everything felt fresh and well cared for. What truly made the stay special was the outstanding staff — friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Every interaction was pleasant, and you can tell they take pride in providing great service. This location is a great option whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Sherman. Highly recommend!

SO Clean, kind staff and great location. I showed up at 5 AM passing through this town after driving all night due to a family emergency. No reservation just showed up and asked if I could rent a room. They gave it to me for 30 hours only $149. The staff both day and night were awesome. Also I was surprised to see a Bible still in rooms in a new hotel in 2025. So thankful for my stay here and it was the first time in years that I’ve picked up a Bible. Great stay! Great reset before hitting the road back home.

When i booked a room for me, my neice and great neice ro just have a day together, we looked forward to just spending quiet time together. Neither of us live in the town (Sherman, TX) but this was centralized location. Booked it for the indoor heated pool. Pool was very cold and no one could be in it. I've been to many, many Marriott's and it has always been a continental breakfast. Not here. For milk, cereal and a cup of coffee, it was $14. You can purchase a breakfast bag but they can't tell you the price because it depends on the day??? And we couldn't sit in the lobby for breakfast because there was a very loud church service going on in one of the conference rooms at 8am. Beautiful hotel but I wont be back
