Loews Nashville Hotel at Vanderbilt Plaza

I had such a wonderful experience at Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, and it’s all thanks to Joy. She truly went above and beyond for my friend and I. We were in a tough spot and needed accommodations on very short notice, and Joy handled everything with so much patience, understanding, and kindness. She worked hard to help us with arrangements, made thoughtful accommodations, and advocated for us in ways she absolutely didn’t have to. You can tell she genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in what she does. Her professionalism combined with her compassion made a stressful situation feel manageable. Joy is a huge asset to this hotel. If you’re staying here, you’re in great hands.

Positive: The bed was able to be slept on Negative: The TV was 20 years old, the food was abysmal and way overpriced, the drink cooler in the room was broken and the doorstep was out of the floor with a screw sticking out where my 1 year old was playing. To top it all off, it cost $55 to park overnight.

We had a good stay at the Loewes in Feb 2025. Yes the hotel is a bit tired and not as updated as some of the newer properties nearby, but it had personality and was so close to everything so on balance it was ok. We rebooked for Nov 2025 for an event in town and arrived at 3pm. Room was ready and went up and immediately couldn’t even hear ourselves talk from the bathroom to the bedroom because of the drilling. It was so loud it felt like the drill was coming through the ceiling. We had to be in the room for work calls and prep for the event so it was not feasible for us to stay there. We called down and asked to be moved and they said that the noise could be heard all the way through the hotel so|Moving wouldn’t help. We then asked for the hours of construction just to see if it wouldn’t l

Had an amazing kids free staycation here. Jaime from Louisiana the concierge lady was so sweet from check in to check out she was treating us like royalty. We got upgraded to stay at the club level which the rooms are newly renovated they felt super new and modern. The bed felt heavenly and we were able to sleep like babies. Parents you know that is a luxury! We had drinks at the bar, they were delicious. We had breakfast each morning at the mason, Roger the serve was the kindest gentlemen and apparently he has been working there for 27 years. What a special gem in my city I will be sure to return for more staycations.

Best elevator music, second only to Hard Rock Hotel! Our group was having a meeting here and I was impressed with the staff, service, catered food and the comfort of my bed. The hotel is having major renovations done but did everything they could to make things flow smoothly. I also really appreciate it how genuinely friendly a number of the staff were as they prepared drinks at the bar or assisted with serving in a buffet.
