The place was clean, quiet and it was easy to get into, you get the code and you use on the smart locks. communication was done purely via emails/texts and there are no staff in the building except for housekeeping when they have to clean a unit or if you order a cleaning service. The location is pretty convenient, there were shops nearby and the bus and train station are super close. I'd definetly come back, especially since their prices aren't as inflated as the other spots nearby. The rooms are compact but felt spacious, even though it's sub-zero at the moment, it was warm enough.

It was clean and quiet, seamless check-in, keycode I received at 2:40 PM and check-in time is at 3:00 PM. The price is amazing for what you get and communication was really smooth. The bed had fresh linens and the unit smelled nice, would come back for sure!

I want to preface this review by saying the first picture of the outside of the building is totally false - I was just there with my husband this past weekend and this is what the ACTUAL place looks like. Anyways - the place was great! It was clean, secure with several codes (one for the main entrance and another for our suite door), and it was about a 10-15 min to center city! The only con is that there is no reserved parking but the street parking is free and we were able to snag a spot right out front pretty much every time we came and went. We are coming to stay again for the World Cup!! Can't wait.

This place is ridiculous and shouldn't even be considered a legit business. I was never able to access my room let alone access the inside of the building in general because my door code wouldn't unlock the entrance. When "customer service" finally got back to me the following AFTERNOON, they basically told me that I don't know how to unlock doors in a rude manor and could care less about it. I said just cancel the rest of my stay if it's gonna be like that and they never responded nor did they give me the balance of my 37% charge for canceling or no-showing. To top it all off, they charge you a $200 incidental fee and they won't even give THAT back to me! How can I damage the inside of a rental that I never stepped foot in? It's been 3 months now and they still won't respond to me. DON'T

Just found myself thinking back to my experience here earlier this year and thought I’d stop by Google reviews to also tell everyone DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is a total scam! HORRIBLE customer service, run down location. No contact with an actual human onsite and no real secure way to lock your doors to your room!! Also no curtains in the bathrooms that face public buildings. TV’s falling off the wall that they will try to charge you for even though you have messages back and forth between the owner. DO NOT STAY HERE! If you are looking for a budget stay go to the Golfers Inn! We packed up and booked it over there and I regret nothing.
