I've stayed here a couple times! Very comfortable place to stay, as a home away from home. It's nice to have somewhere to stay that offers every little convenience of home. It's also very tidy, and the fact that they have a company come in and clean once a week, no matter how long the stay, really shows how much they take care of this place. I won't stay anywhere else when visiting Minot.

This place is fantastic! I stayed here over the summer for work and it worked out perfectly. It's a great location and minutes away from everything in Minot. Everything inside the building seemed to be just redone and brand new. One of the cool things I liked about this place was that it was fully furnished. Furnished all the way down to cooking spices! Also, the owners of the building are very friendly and accommodating to your needs. This is a great place to live at for long-term or month-to-month living.

I stayed here with my company while we were in Minot for work and we had a great experience. Everything was very clean and orderly when we got here, and Lachelle, the landlord, was very accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again when work brings us back to the area.

Absolutely loved staying here! It is super clean and the beds are very comfortable. It has everything you need and is so much better than a hotel. You won't go wrong staying here!
