Rooms were nice and clean. The common areas reeked of weed and stale air though. Booked the rooms with my family to attend a concert at Xfinity. We were well aware that it is a casino and there was no expectation that it be child friendly. However, all of the restaurants with the exception of 1 were located in the casino and inaccessible to our 15 and 18 year old. We (the adults) were going to go to the bakery to bring breakfast back for our family which required us to go through the casino so our 2 daughters (aged 15 and 18) sat in the lobby while we attempted to enter the casino to get to the bakery. Before we could even approach the casino check in, the attendant rudely yelled at us that children couldn't be left unattended. Tried explaining that the eldest was 18 (thus not a minor) and
Beware!|My wife, my son, and I stayed at the hotel in September for two nights and booked two rooms. Both rooms were fully paid at the time of our stay. The total charge of $1,102 was correctly processed twice, once for each room.|However, when reviewing my credit card statement in October, I discovered an additional charge of $1,102 from the hotel for the same stay. This resulted in the total amount being charged three times instead of the agreed-upon two charges.|I contacted the hotel by phone and was told that only one charge went through.|I then contacted my credit card company, which confirmed that the two original charges did go through and were fully processed and posted.|This third charge was made without my consent or knowledge, as the room had already been paid in full. Positive: Closeness to the stadium. Negative: WiFi Sucked! And It was WAY overpriced! And there wasn't anywhere except an expensive restaurant to go to for breakfast.
Christina manager when you check in and Robert head of security at the casino are phenomenal. Staff members live casino wouldn’t be able to operate properly without them. I will be coming back and holding events at this facility due to their professional professionalism and expertise.
I kind of enjoyed my time there for my birthday. But the only downside was that. If you're not a smoker you will NOT LIKE IT, I wanted to go down to the slot machine and play, but the SMELL OF CIGARETTES was giving me hard time to breathe, THE SLOT MACHINE CLEARLY HAS A SIGN WITH NO SMOKING AND THE WHOLE AREA SMELLS OF STRONG CIGARETTES. I REALLY WANTED TO ENJOY MY TIME THERE BUT IT JUST WASN'T HAPPENING. I JUST STAYED IN MY ROOM AND ALSO THE RESTAURANTS DIDN'T HAVE ALLERGY FRIENDLY FOODS
