I spent a week here and the overall experience was far from comfortable. Noise is constant. There is virtually no sound insulation. You can clearly hear babies crying, dogs barking, full conversations, doors closing, and intimate moments happening from rooms across and down the hallway. Privacy simply isn’t part of the experience. There were also people frequently walking the halls and entering multiple units throughout the day and evening, which created a strange, unsettled atmosphere. The overall vibe felt off, not necessarily unsafe, but not relaxing or private either. Cleanliness was disappointing. Very nice rooms, have a full kitchenette with a dishwasher and 2 burner stove top. The T.V. has google chrome cast which comes in very handy if you have streaming services. The front desk was very helpful when the selfseve kiosk didn't work quite properly. Overall must say a 5star experience so far. Would recommend to anyone.

Stayed here on our last night in Maine. Thought it would be great since it was new. We booked 2 king size rooms, when we checked in they only gave us one king size (the other one was two queens) and couldn’t do anything about it. The ice machine was broken. We had zero hot water in our shower and when we asked about it they couldn’t do anything. Zero stars. After a long day of traveling the coast I would have loved a hot shower. Will never stay here again. Update: 3 months after I posted this I got a response….um is that even called customer service at this point? We reached out by phone within 24 hours of our stay and still haven’t received a callback!!! And that’s what the response to this review told us to do. Would rather sleep in my car than stay at one of their hotels.

Ive stayed here now for almost two months while apartment hunting in portland. If your doing a long term stay you cant beat the price 390 a week. So the hot and the cold is backwards but they went around to all the rooms and changed the shower knobs so they are going the correct way. Staff is nice not super experienced. Pros location lots around easy to get on 95 or 295. Brand new. Cheap price. Full kitchenette. Cons walls are super thin doors slam hard when shutting. I had people next to me that had way to many people staying in the room going in and out all hours was very annoying. Beds arent comfortable thin mattress no box spring no comforter pillows arent great either. The type of customer has been slow declining because of the cheap price.

We, a group of three couples, checked into your Scarborough hotel on Oct 11th for a two night stay. The room and hotel were new and clean. Towels and blankets in our rooms were very thin. No extra blankets in the rooms. There were kitchenettes in each of the rooms but no coffee makers. The lobby had a coffee machine that had limited hours and mediocre coffee. There were no blow dryers in any of the rooms. The ice machine, in a brand new hotel, did not work. There was only one machine in the entire building. There was limited to no hot water for the duration of our stay. NO HOT WATER! The response from the employees was little more than a shoulder shrug. Polite, but indifferent. They knowingly checked us in without mentioning the water issues. Never again.
