Breakers Inn has the perfect view of the Atlantic! Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves hitting Higgins Beach. All of the staff are friendly, and very accommodating. Inn is kept very clean. Breakfast is excellent, made to order food! The rooms are so cute and decorated well, and the view is amazing while getting ready! Great place to rejuvenate, relax and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze! You WILL NOT regret staying here, Tell them I sent ya!

I HIGHLY recommend choosing The Breakers Inn if you plan on visiting Higgins Beach, Maine. The owners, Rodney and Debbie, were kind, welcoming, and considerate. My boyfriend and I made a last-minute weekend trip to Higgins Beach so he could surf and I could enjoy a good book on the beach. This was our first time here! The beach is straight across from The Breakers Inn and there are lovely ocean views from all angles. This was a huge bonus for us...not a long walk with the surfboards! Rodney let us store them alongside the building so we didn't have to worry about loading them on and off the car roof. We forgot our beach chairs, and Debbie led me to the basement where I found both chairs and beach toys to borrow (great for a visiting family with kiddos!). Breakfast is included in the room r

We decided to come back to ME 21 years after our honeymoon here and thought Breakers Inn look great. ||It is AMAZING here, relaxing, friendly, very well kept property, rooms excellent! Rodney and his wife Debbie and staff were all so accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and made to order food. The view, oh the view is gorgeous! Falling to sleep to the tune of the Atlantic was heavenly, better than any sleep app! ||||Both Sunset and Sunrise are gorgeous, Purple is sunset! ||||Go stay @ Breakers Inn, you WILL NOT regret it, and tell them we say hey!

We've visited Maine a dozen times over the past 25 years, but always stay at The Breakers Inn. We love the sound & sights of the surf right outside the front door. Rodney and Debbie are superb old-world innkeepers, providing comfortable and casual accommodations and delicious fresh breakfasts every morning. It's so easy to feel at home here.

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Very friendly and helpful Innkeepers. Safe and clean area. We stored our kayaks on the side of the Inn with no issues, and no need to lock them up. Had a bike rack. We stayed in the Tower Room (RM 10) and had a commanding view of the ocean. The cool breeze and the sound of the waves made for a good nights sleep. Close to Scarborough Marsh for great kayaking. Close to Casco bay for a cruise. But the best attraction may been The Breakers Inn itself and the peaceful Higgins Beach. The inn is well kept, service was excellent with a plentiful breakfast. We will be back.
