Lincoln Motel

I resided here for years, and after a prolonged stay; and with a heavy heart I can and will not recommend. The manager is friendly enough until he has a bad day, and will treat you like a verbal punching bag. Rick is worthy of many things, but his occasional outburst is a root cause as to why the place is barren almost all year around.

The guy who watches the place keeps it clean. There’s a dog that hangs with him but she’s harmless. Free Wi-Fi and reasonable rates and monthly available (if it’s not obvious utilities are included.) The lot is dated but clean. Smoking is not permitted but there are chairs and ashtrays outside each room. It’s located by 222s on ramp and less than a mile away from 222n on ramp. A little over a mile from the college, a mile away from a giant, and a great restaurant right next door.

Location is very close to the basics such as grocery store, gas station, highways which makes it ideal. The rooms have dated 2 pronged outlets, and the structure shows some signs of age and wear. Then lastly the individual overlooking the place is friendly, little chatty, but nonetheless friendly.

Great place to stay. Very clean rooms and the Manager will go out of his way to make sure you have everything you need plus extra. If you are just passing thru and need a place to lay your head this is the place you want to be. Feels like home away from home!

I like the smell, smelled just like home. The cigarette burns in the blanket reminded me of the blanket I was given as a child. The blood stain on the sheet reminded me of when I lost my first tooth, I hid it under the pillow and the tooth fairy came. 10/10 would stay again
