Leon Hotel

Lived in Leon Hotel for 6 years. The place is a dump. It is an SRO. The rooms are tiny. They are filled with roaches and bed bugs. At night could hear rats within the walls fighting, and nawing on the plaster trying to get into my room. Other tenants played their TV and music loud. The common bathroom was filthy. You would find feces and urine on the two toilet seats. The two showers had thick scum on the walls and floors. The bathrooms were cleaned infrequently. In the winter months homeless people would sleep on the stairs, and on the floor of lobby. The place is the home of drug addicts, alcoholics, and criminals. Having your room broken into and things stolen was common. Fights were common also. The Leon Hotel is not a good place to live. . .
