The LEGOLAND Hotel is a fantastic spot for LEGO lovers and families with kids. We spent a full day at the hotel and truly enjoyed the beautiful Florida weather. While it’s a bit of a drive—about an hour and a half from Orlando—it was totally worth it. The pool is a great place to relax and cool off after a long day, and the restaurants inside the hotel are very convenient, offering good-quality fast food options. One of the highlights is that LEGO bricks are everywhere, making the entire hotel fun, colorful, and exciting for little ones. Did not enjoy ourselves at all! They do not specify a height requirement until you’re in line for a ride. It’s a children’s theme park so i expected the rides to be more available for kids under 42in. I took my boys for their 7th & 8th bday this past weekend and they were so disappointed because they couldn’t get on hardly anything even if I was getting on with them. On top of them being turned down. One employee was beyond rude to myself and others, I didn’t get her name but even her coworker felt she was rude. When working with the public especially children you need to have a good attitude and patience. Outside of the one rude worker everyone else was very nice. We were really excited to stay at the Legoland Hotel, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The staff came across as rude and uninterested, which is the last thing you expect at a hotel designed for families and kids. Hospitality should feel welcoming, instead, it felt like we were inconveniencing them. The atmosphere was chaotic and overwhelming. This was our first stay at the Legoland Florida Resort Hotel/Pirate Island , and unfortunately, it was quite a disappointment. We booked our all-inclusive reservation—including park tickets and open buffet meals—months in advance. Despite this preparation, our stay started with frustration and anxiety. We had even completed the suggested online check-in for a smoother arrival.|🏨 The Check-In and Room Nightmare|We arrived at 2:00 PM and requested our room.
