Lee's Mobile Home Park

Management has changed. The ease of buying and selling has become difficult, complicated, at best. This park has wonderful homeowners, good people. I hope that the transition to new management will bring better communication, empathy and kindness.

It would be nice if they didn't raise our rent EVERY year by $40. A lot of us are on fixed incomes and can't afford it.. It puts a lot of wondering what our future may look like. Does not put the mind at ease. There are nice people who live here though. Nice people it just doesn't seem fair to.

They Raise their property rates for rentals each year on retired people who rely on Social Security. Also, they fine any residents who don’t upkeep their property to their standard. I would never recommend this place for any senior citizen to live in. Seems like the property management company Really doesn’t care about the residents just their pockets!!

Great place to live if your an elderly person looking for a place to live. 14 max stay days for family. Cats only no dogs allowed is the only down fall. Community room has pool table and small kitchen. Bingo games held and patio sales.

Place keeps raising my rent 40$ a year. And has done nothing to improve the park. Also doesn't have an on grounds manger. It's hard to get ahold of them.
