They don't have any modular homes for rent but they have spots to park RVs. They do have a modular home for sale for $70,000
Not saying it's a bad trailer park but, the lady Nora scammed my grandmother out of paying for an application fee and telling us that they we're saving a spot. Beware if ur filling out the application. Might try to say there isn't enough information and take your money. 2 applications that's 50 bucks these people rip off respectful soon-to-be tenants. If I had the chance to go back, I would have never wasted my time, because the three/four days the lady said that she had a spot, she called n said you've been rejected and we're notifying you via email, just how terribly and A SCAM our management is. Easy location, very quiet since you will be at neighbor's doorstep.Better than your two story apts. I'd park my RV there, probably full ck it out. Maybe double bunk?
My expirence with this management is great.The manager is very good they are strict,seems that they go by the rules.Its a quiet place to live you don't have to worry about stranger wondering around the community I love it !
Management is friendly, kind, and understanding. Tenants are easy to get along with and it's right of a main street.
