Courtyard by Marriott Vacaville

These guys were great. Really lovely little room at a great price. I screwed up and left a nice jacket and an expensive shirt in my room. The service folks were very sweet and accommodating. Found my stuff, secured it immediately and made it very easy for me to have a family member pick my stuff up as they went by. I'm very grateful to them. Both for the excellent room and excellent service.

Great hotel, super welcoming FD and lobby restaurant. Didn't stay in rooms. On a semi local business meet at lobby restaurant. We have been here before and returning soon. ||Please for the love of God pay a visit to your lobby restaurant and watch how the older lady belittles the young men that work for her. She should not be in management nor tell someone that "I bet your mom has to pick up after you too." The kind young man just took her toxicity like a champ. Me, I could never! It was so awful to overhear from our seats. It's a wonder the young adults don't want to work with mentors like that. I wish I would have said something like that show "What would you do?" Positive: Convenient location & friendly staff. Negative: Refrigerator didn't have a freezer.

The checkin process was easy and the lobby was spacious and clean. The gym was super clean and just had to turn on the AC. All the equipment was well taken care of. The room was clean, satisfactory and the bed was soft. The shower got hot enough and sufficient water. My faucet was clogged to the point of spraying everywhere but worked. They were understaffed for breakfast so the only option was already prepared items.

The service is unbelievable. I had to use this place for a meeting in. Melissa is the most amazing host. I'm telling you Marriott you got a good one here. The rooms are okay. Nothing great. Nothing terrible. In a location is fantastic. I'll definitely be back
