Comfort Suites Vacaville-Napa Valley Area

Hotel conveniently located just off interstate. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very nice staff. Good Wi-Fi with easy connectivity. Only two issues were the breakfast never changed (same options from day to day) and the hot tub was not hot all the time.

Will never stay here again! First off we stayed one night. Put down a $200 cash deposit. Which is $100 more than we usually have to put down. The room was $113 dollars the key card had to be redone 4 times cause the back door wouldn't work. We got the room here specifically to enjoy the spa. To our dismay it was a whopping 80 degrees. We ended up not even going in due to it only being a tad bit warmer than the pool. Breakfast started at 6 we got down there at 6:45 hoping to have a nice breakfast but instead what we found was all the cereal was gone, the coffee and milk were in small thermos style containers and the coffee was not only not warm but there was no way for it to be kept warm. First impressions last. I came earlier (12:35pm) than the usual check-in time. I was advised by the front desk girl staff that she could accommodate me at 1pm. It was fine at all. During the process of pre-checked in, there was a little issue with my card for incidental deposit. She then asked her duty manager about it. When she came back from the back office, she said that I could check in at 1:30pm. I questioned her why they were inconsistent? I requested to talk to the duty manager. As we confronted, the front desk girl staff insisted (3x) that she said 1:30pm at the first place which was not the case. I was dismayed with their approach. ||Later on, the DM called me and said I could checked in (around 1:10pm) . I again addressed my issue and I think she was calmer and did apologize. ||I

If youre in Vacaville stay at the Comfort Suites on Lawrence Dr. Clean and well maintained. The stay was quiet and comfortable. Front desk is super friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is great. Home away from home!

Room was not serviced with clean towels or coffee or have the trash emptyed. I had asked for my room to be cleaned and was told that happens on the 4th day and I was staying 3 nights leaving on the 4th day.. In the waiting and breakfast room the coffee container it was like a thermos and the coffee was always cold...the breakfast was not very appetizing , like instant or powered eggs very very disappointing! The back entrance the door would not work with the key and the front desk was told several times and they just ignored it. Our key to our room my husband had to go several times to get new keys..
